Phlexiline Linear – Floor waste and trap

A linear drain system, the Phlexiline is a unique floor gulley. It ensures the rapid removal of water from the floor surface. The Phlexiline has a built-in sprung, odourless trap which ensures a permanent seal. Including body & 50mm side outlet gulley. Flow rate 60 litres per minute.

Phlexiline - Bottom outlet gulleyPhlexiline – Bottom outlet gulley

This alternative outlet is available where the standard gulley is not suitable.

e.g where joists run across the outlet route or where there is reduced height available for the outlet pipe.

Where there is no horizontal access available this vertical bottom outlet is ideal, allowing straight through the floor for the exit of waste water.

Flow rate 72 litres per minute.

This alternative outlet is available where the standard gulley is not suitable.

e.g where joists run across the outlet route or where there is reduced height available for the outlet pipe.

Where there are joists running across the standard gulley outlet, this side side outlet runs the outlet in the direction of the joists.

Flow rate 60 litres per minute.

Phlexiline - Low outlet gulleyPhlexiline – Low outlet gulley

This alternative outlet is available where the standard gulley is not suitable.

e.g where joists run across the outlet route or where there is reduced height available for the outlet pipe.

Where the cavity between the floor being prepared and the ceiling below is an issue this 53mm high gulley is a suitable alternative to the standard height gulley.

Flow rate 30 litres per minute.

Phleximax 50 - HorizontalPhleximax 50 – Horizontal

This multi-purpose system is suitable for concrete and wooden installation as well as for the Premier Shower Deck. Visible diameter 120mm, 200mm overall (unseen if tiled) an overall height of 76mm with an outlet of 50mm it has a push fit solvent weld fitting. When using with tiles simply place the tile grating over the central area and tile off from there.

Flow rate 48 litres per minute.

Phleximax 50 - VerticalPhleximax 50 – Vertical

The Phleximax 50 vertical is the same system as above but with a vertical outlet which allows a straight through floor drainage option.

Visible diameter 120mm,200mm overall (unseen if tiled) an overall height of 189mm.

Flow rate 48 litres per minute.

Phleximax 50 - Support legPhleximax 50 – Support leg

For concrete installation.

When creating a concrete wet floor, this height adjustable support leg is used to position the Phleximax prior to pouring concrete or screed.

A tool for the professional craftsman when connecting a vinyl floor or tanking system to the Phleximax floor gully. P6882441

When using the waterproof pipe collar this tool should be used to cut the perfect circle for securing into the Phleximax gulley system, alternatively it can be used for cutting vinyl prior to securing into the Phleximax 50.

1. Place the foot of the Phlexiknife in the gully. 2. Lay the vinyl over the foot and press until the pivot pushes through. 3. Attach the arm of the knife to the pivot and cut out the hole.

4. Remove the foot of the Phlexiknife in the gully. 5. Heat the vinyl. 6. Put the clamping ring in place with the text facing upwards. Place the grating on top and press down.

Phleximax Grating Options

This two part grate is designed for use with the Phleximax drainage system and is simply placed centrally over the gulley and situated at the correct height so that drainage into the outlet is achieved. Simply tile off from the outer edge.
